 We are based in Encinitas, California. Our coaches are State Certified in Sound Healing which means we are licensed to work in public schools, hospitals and dementia facilitates, as well as offer corporate and private services. We specialize in Heart Coherence Coaching to reduce stress, anxiety, build emotional intelligence and monitor HRV (a marker of physical & mental health). Heart Coherence Coaching is widely used by countless CEO's and Athletes. We also offer Meditation & Relaxing Couples Soundbaths and Corporate Employee events to prevent Corporate burn-out + support team building. We are trauma informed and work intimately with you through brainwave assessment and vibroacousticals to help you cultivate a
sense of freedom and to live your best life.
