We specialize in Heart Coherence Coaching to reduce stress, anxiety, build emotional intelligence and monitor HRV (a marker of physical & mental health). Heart Coherence Coaching is widely used by countless CEO's and Athletes. We also offer Meditation & Relaxing Couples Soundbaths as well as Corporate Employee events to prevent Corporate burn-out + support team building. In-person Vibro-Acoustic Therapy (VAT) sessions are available in a 30 min and 1 hour session as an add on to the Brainwave BioFeedback Assessment or a 1 hour stand alone treatment.
Vibro-Acoustic Therapy is a noninvasive treatment that uses low-frequency sound waves (typically 30 Hz to 120 Hz) to ease chronic pain, reduce stress, help with trauma, PTSD and promote relaxation. Localized vibrations stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage, aiding in post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation. At the same time, the auditory component helps synchronize brain waves, encouraging the nervous system to shift out of a sympathetic emergency state (fight-or-flight) and into a parasympathetic healing state (rest-and-digest).
