You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packaging slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your purchase price. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

An item is exchangeable in the event of the following:

  • Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
  • Has one or more parts of accessories missing
  • Does not match with what was ordered

In order to be eligible for a refund

  • you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase
  • the product must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • the product must be unused and undamaged in any way.
  • Buyer pays shipping charges to return product(s).
  • Return Authorization Code must be obtained prior to return and if the return is due to defect or damage a return shipping label will be emailed to you for download and print.
  • A 33% restocking fee will be charged for any order which is not defective or damaged.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
